What is RSS?
RSS is an abbreviation for Really Simple Syndicate. Think of it as a Reader’s Digest snippet of news, entertainment, special interest, etc. that interests you the most. You subscribe as if it were your locally delivered newspaper but the information is specific and tailored – best of all it is FREE!
You subscribe to an RSS “feed” which automatically delivers the latest news from M-bossed to you with more pleasantries than your paper boy. The process of subscribing to and managing feeds is simple by using online services such as Google Reader, My Yahoo!, or Bloglines.
If your propeller requires more techie goodness or your favorite IT department frowns upon such behavior, I suggest Portable Firefox with the Brief extension which can both be ran from a USB thumbdrive.
To search for other blogs and RSS feeds of interest, visit Technorati
- the Google search of Blogs or visit the Newsworthy page at M-bossed.
