To all of those who have visited, read, and commented, Thank You! You are the reason that this print media blog has continued and was able to pass a couple of recent milestones.

If have visited but not signed up for the RSS feed or e-mail subscription (on the left), please take the time so you do not miss any of the posts.

If you have comments or suggestions on the what topics you would like to see this year, please e-mail.

@All
How are you setting your bar? Do you put more emphasis on unique page views, comments, link backs, or longevity?

Thanks Again!

    Congrats on surpassing milestones for your blog! That’s fantastic news.
    When determining goals for your blog, how did you decide where to set the bar?

    @Lindsay,
    I appreciate the comment and question!
    I believe goals are not universal, as they will vary depending upon the intentions of the blog and the individuals and companies behind it. The goals at m-bossed, considering it was not an established brand like Xerox, were simple: gain readership, be recognized by others in the print industry, and foster a community of ideas for moving forward. To that end, the print community is reading, other online channels have linked to m-bossed, and readers have commented. I am very grateful to all!
    Also, many companies and individuals who start a blog with the best intentions abandon it within a year’s time. I imagine that many underestimate the amount of time needed to host a successful blog community. (Check out Chris Brogan’s Overnight Success series on this topic at chrisbrogan.com) M-bossed past the year milestone this past January.
    The funny thing about milestones is that they live in the past, so now it is time to plan new goals.
